All products listed are currently in stock and I aim to dispatch within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated in the listing (such as made to order items).

The following delivery charges apply to retail orders for delivery to the UK mainland:

Orders £15 - £39.99: £3.75
Orders £40 - £149.99: £5.95
Orders over £150: FREE Standard shipping
All prices above are for 'standard shipping'- - - (3-5 day delivery aim - Economy courier or 2nd Class Royal Mail)
Royal Mail 1st Class shipping upgrade is available at check out.
Next day delivery upgrade is available at the check out ( £9.99 for all orders £1 - £150 - - - with either a courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Delivery times vary please contact me for details; approx 5 working days to Europe & approx 7 working days outside Europe. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery due to situations out of my control such as extreme weather, postal delays, COVID -19 etc

Packages will either be sent by Royal Mail UK or courier.
I cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, unless this was caused by my negligence. Please ensure you check and fully complete your delivery address. Where a product has not been delivered due to an incorrect address, I will not be liable for any redelivery costs.
If you do not receive the goods ordered within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, I will have no liability to you unless you notify me in writing.
Cushions for International Order
International customers will receive the cushion cover only with no cushion pad due to cost of shipping and customs.
Customs
The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes at the point of entry into the destination country.
Payment
Paypal and direct payment through the facility set in this website, are accepted methods of payment.
When you place your order payment in full before the order can be accepted.
All prices are stated in Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any UK sales tax.
Returns & refunds
I really hope that you will love your product! In the rare case of you having any queries with your order please contact me within 14 days of purchasing the item to discuss each individual case. All products must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty.
If the item has a fault please email me (hello@kirstygadd.co.uk) a detailed description of the fault and an image, if possible.
Please note that made to order and customised items are non refundable or returnable.
I am unable to refund in full any postage / shipment costs when a product has been returned, or cover the costs of returning a product.
Gift cards are non refundable or returnable.
